| Team Construction Each team is awarded
- 4 NASCAR Cup Slots
- 2 NASCAR Xfinity Slots
- 2 NASCAR Gander Outdoor Series Trucks Slots
- 2 Formula 1 Slots
- 2 NTT Indycar Series Slots
- 2 World Of Outlaws Sprint Car Slots
- 2 Flex Slot
The Flex position can be used for any series excepting for the below No team may have more then 4 Cup Drivers or Indycar driver, or more than 3 of any other series. Teams may have fewer than the allotted drivers for a series but, additional Flex spots are no granted for such a case - IE if you have 3 cup drivers you can always add a cup driver but cannot use that slot for another series
Driver Eligibility
For NASCAR Series, only drivers who have declared points for a series are eligible for that series, for example if Luke Warmwater is declared and running for Cup points, you may play him for cup only, if Gus Locke is declared for Trucks he may only be used in trucks, if Locke runs a cup race he cannot be rostered for a cup slot or score a team points in cup. If a NASCAR driver changes eligibility/re-declares mid-season, the impacted team is granted a one time choice to either transfer them to the new series or keep them in the old, if that driver is dropped or traded they will become eligible only in the series they are scoring points in at that time. For example if Gus Locke starts the season in the trucks but, then swaps his declaration to xFinity, the team who had him may keep him in trucks or move him to xFinity but, any other team would be required to use him as an xFinity driver.
For Indycar any driver who enters a race is eligible, special decisions will be used in the case of a driver from another series entering , IE if Vettel were to run the Indy 500 we will need to make a rule on who gets to us him.
For Formula 1 any driver who enters a race is eligible. Due to the small field size, should a rostered F1 driver be replaced mid-season the owner is granted the right of refusal to the replacement. They may keep the original and take the replacement so long as they keep the team roster with in the above rules. All decisions on such changes must be made prior to the weeks Q session beginning.
Any driver missing from the driver list but meeting eligibility may be picked on on request baring any case where said driver is already on a roster (no idea how that's going to happen but just in case).
Pick Ups / Drops, Trades and Waiver order
Drops maybe done at any time except for dropping a active driver during an event Pick ups maybe requested at any time but, must contain details of how to rectify the roster should a drop be required to meet construction reqs. Pick ups will be processed weekly (I can set a day if it become an issue but for now, lets go with before the first race of the week) Should multiple teams wish to make the same pick up, the team currently lower in the points standing will get priority (this should allow a chance for struggling teams to get better and prevent good teams grabbing up drivers). Trades maybe done at any time except during an active event, the post trade roster shall meet construction rules, trades will be posted in the forum but can be agreed on verbally and posted after they are finished, trades do not require approval but are required to meet construction rules, should a trade fail to do so, the team(s) that are outside the req, will be forced to make changed to correct asap. If you are unsure if a roster meets the rule just ask.

| Play slots
For each event a team must have the following number of active drivers set to the active slots
- NASCAR Cup - 2 Driver
- NASCAR xFinity - 1 Driver
- NASCAR Gander Outdoors Trucks - 1 Driver
- NTT Indycar series - 2 Drivers
- Formula 1 - 2 Drivers
- World Of Outlaws - 1 Driver
Should a team fail to set a driver slot, that slot will be awarded last place points plus 1 (example if 40 cars start the spot will be scored as 41 points) Play slots are set the moment the green flag flies or the starting light sequence begins, changes may not be made to play slots during a race.
Random stuff
If you think there has been an error in scoring please mention it, the google sheet at times will not update correctly so I may see the wrong driver if a swap was made.
If a driver is moved post race, the points will be updated to reflect that however, penalties posted after official results will not be considered. For example should the FIA DQ the Williams team for the season after round 12, those 12 races will stand for our points.
If there is a tie for season points the winner will be who ever give me more money or something
