N.O.R.L. 2013 All Star Open Qualifier Johnny Reed Foley Wins All-star Qualifier
This years qualifier had six drivers competing for three final spots in the main event. Johnny Reed Foley & Donnie Stewart worked together to earn there way in & Christian Torres fought hard to find his entry spot as well.
