As the N.O.R.L. begins it's 5th year of existence, we hold our annual All-Star race honoring the drivers that make the N.O.R.L. the great place to race that it is.
The N.O.R.L. All-star race never disappoints And this year was no different as 20 drivers showed up to qualify there way into this years event. Arguably this was one of the best nights the N.O.R.L. had all year.
The race started out with N.O.R.L. Rookie Matt Raboin sitting on the pole with Preliminary Race winner Johnny Reed Foley to his outside. Drivers would waste no time getting aggressive as the went side by side. Pole Sitter Raboin was passed on the backstretch and then involved in an incident in turn four bringing out the first yellow.
John Battista and Alex Crapser would lead a good portion of the race, but at the end the race would conclude with a G-W-C finish. As the dominating pair teamed up, so did the QSM team of League Champions Dave Miller & Ryan Heuser and they would make a hard push to the finish.
Some hard racing cause the #138 of Heuser to make contact with the #04 of Crapser and would kill the momentum of Battista's #39 Chevy. Dave Miller would hold off the rest of the field and find his way to victory lane.
Congratulations to Dave Miller, QSM & the SkyBox family!
