Winners

Race-2-Win Motorsports
Rick Jackson and Tony Pizzaro showed early on that the high-flying superspeedway horsepower was evident. They led 31 of the 50 laps combined, and had zero maintaining their speed at the front of the pack. Ken Pettit battled a loose condition and struggled to pass through the field, but he will surely look at the notes and get back up to speed for the Daytona Duels.

Quick-Silver Motorsports
Ryan Heuser and Craig Lee were just as fast as the Jackson-Pizzaro duo. Combined with Johnny Reed Foley, these five were lightyears ahead on pure horsepower. Heuser got involved in a late race crash which damaged his racecar and his pride, but he will surely be among the favorites to win the 2021 Daytona 500.

Losers

Lucas Racing
Where was John Battista? The Extravaganza's "King of Dirt" was drifting on the high banks all night long. Adam Crapser seemed to be handling a little better, but neither were close to contention for the entire race. This appears to be a simple case of handling issues. Still, it was a bit of a shock to see one of Extravaganza's "power team's" run uncompetitive.

NSRA Racing
Despite high-hopes with a high-profile new teammate who is known for his plate-racing prowess, Zach Michael and Mark Murphy both struggled all night long. They have been criticized last season for being too focused on their qualifying engine program, which led to lackluster race performances. Hopefully this can be fixed before Daytona 500.

Quantum Racing
It was horrifying to watch. Despite having the Quick-Silver engine program, Matthew Dominique could not keep up pace and lingered mid-pack to back-of-the-field all day. His teammate Matt Raboin looked like he had his parachute open, in last place for the entire 45-lap green flag stint before the crash.

Broke Even

Top Geer Motorsports
Ben Geer looked to be the only car able to keep up on speed with Quick-Silver, Race-2-Win and Johnny Reed Foley. It was a welcome surprise, while Champion teammate Tim McDonnell battled loose all race and rendered himself mid-pack. Expect these two to figure it out before the Daytona 500.
